Cardi B has secured another legal victory in her years-long battle against blogger Tasha K, after reaching a new court-approved settlement requiring the YouTuber to pay $60,000 for violating a previous non-disparagement agreement.

The latest development comes on top of the multimillion-dollar defamation judgment Tasha K already owes the Grammy-winning rapper, adding another chapter to one of the entertainment industry’s most closely watched legal disputes.

Why Tasha K Must Pay Another $60,000

According to recently filed court documents, Tasha K whose legal name is Latasha Kebe agreed to pay Cardi B $60,000 after allegedly breaching the terms of an earlier settlement agreement.

The violation stemmed from public comments Tasha K made about Cardi B’s estranged husband, Offset, and NFL player Stefon Diggs, despite previously agreeing not to make disparaging statements about Cardi B or those closely associated with her.

Initially, Cardi B sought more than $110,000 to cover the legal costs incurred while enforcing the agreement. However, both parties ultimately reached a settlement reducing the amount to $60,000, provided Tasha K complies with the payment terms.

The first $30,000 payment is due within 28 days of the court order, while the remaining $30,000 must be paid by the end of the year. If she fails to meet those deadlines, Cardi B could seek to recover the original amount of more than $110,000.
